Complete analysis of engine and compressor including FFT vibration data on engine and compressor frame, engine and compressor main bearings and compressor cylinders.
Same analysis less the data taken on engine power cylinders and main bearings.
Charged when work and or travel time exceeds 12 hours in a day or an overnight stay is required.
Any travel to and from location that is further than one hour from office. Generally no travel time is charged to and from location when staying out of town.
Any mileage to and from hotel, office or between locations
When services are requested that cannot be accomplished at a flat rate this hourly charge will apply. Minimum 8.0 hours
When a follow-up is requested by the customer after corrective actions have been made to confirm that the issue has been resolved and the machine is now functioning correctly. No time other than mileage, travel time and if needed, Per Diem. No analysis charge will be incurred. This applies only to machines currently being tested on a routine basis such as semi-annually or quarterly. Units tested once per year do no qualify.

I am a “one man show” I collect the data, review and write the reports. I approach each machine as if I owned it. Not only do I collect crank angle encoded data, statistical data and control panel information but also note any issue that I deem worthy of notice. I denote any oil leak, loose clamp, missing bolt or stud, loose support or loose or exposed wiring. My reports are a complete inspection on the condition of the machine both internally and externally.
I believe the implementation of an analysis program is the Heartbeat of any good maintenance program. When done correctly the analysis data will provide true insight to the condition of the machine. When the true condition is known the planned maintenance and daily operation can be optimized.
